Criminal law
When it comes to criminal law we are experienced in the application for compensation as a result of criminal injury or damages. We will complete the appropriate application forms and submit them to the Northern Ireland application agency on your behalf.
Liaising with involved parties
After submitting your application we will liaise with the compensation agency, the police and yourself to attempt to resolve the claim as quickly as possible with the least amount of stress involved.
Pursuing appeals
We are also experienced in undertaking appeals against decisions by the compensation agency, and we would be happy to pursue any if required.
